Use Subliminal Messages to Heal Myasthenia Gravis

Myasthenia gravis is an autoimmune disease, which, according to contemporary Western medicine, offers no known cure, except controlling or suppressing its many disease symptoms. Therefore, to be diagnosed with myasthenia gravis is a devastating experience.

Healing always begin with the mind first, and not the body. Empower your mind to heal an autoimmune disease (there are more than one hundred of them, and myasthenia gravis is only one of them).

You can significantly increase your brain power with practices and exercises to train your brain. Although everyone's brain differs, everyone can empower the mind, given the proper tools and training.

The mind—the consciousness of the brain—has two components: the conscious mind, and the subconscious mind.

The conscious mind makes decisions, but the subconscious mind directs the conscious mind.

Use positive affirmations and creative visualization to change your subconscious mind, instrumental in changing your conscious mind to begin changing your lifestyle to initiate the healing process, or to change the prognosis of your disease.

Subliminal Messages

The laws of nature determine how things happen. One of the laws of nature is habitual stimulus: a certain stimulus, habitually applied time after time, may prove to produce a certain predictable result. Therefore, you can shape your thoughts into definite patterns, and act accordingly through consistency and regularity.

A subliminal message is an effective means to communicate with the inner or subconscious mind, which is powerful in that it not only runs the autonomic functions of your body but also controls your immune system. It can bring about a positive change in your thoughts and thinking through the production of endorphins (feel-good hormones), thereby making you feel happy; or it can induce negativity, adversely changing your general outlook of life and the self.

Subliminal messages have to be simple, relevant, and realistic. You must strongly believe in the veracity of those messages. In other words, you must be honest with yourself in believing that those subliminal messages are achievable goals in your life. Buying a lottery ticket and believing that it will ultimately change your life is not a realistic subliminal message.

Subliminal messages in the form of words have to be repeated over and over again until their powerful intentions are deeply ingrained and etched in your subconscious mind. Simplicity, consistency, and persistency are the characteristics critical to their success.

To illustrate, repeat to yourself daily the following positive affirmations or subliminal messages:

I am now showing the desire, learning the know-how, and acquiring the skills to change my thoughts in order to change my lifestyle to enhance my immune system.

I am now willing to accept any change in order to become a healthier than I am right now.

I am now learning how to change my thoughts in order to change my thinking in matters of health and healing.

I am now changing on the inside to bring about positive changes on the outside.

Subliminal messages in the form of powerful images and symbols are most effective and powerful when your body and mind are in a relaxed state, such as in a deep meditation, during which your mind is free from any five-sense activity.

My Myasthenia Gravis

Albert Einstein once said: "There are two ways to live: you can live as if nothing is a miracle; you can live as if everything is a miracle."

Believe in the miracle of self-healing. Healing comes only from within, and not from any external source. Every individual should avail every opportunity to initiate the self-healing process, which is innate in the human body. Just believing in a miracle cure, however, is not enough; you must also empower yourself with knowledge and information to overcome myasthenia gravis through a holistic approach to the wellness of the body, the mind, and the spirit.

Myasthenia gravis is one of the many autoimmune diseases, which, according to contemporary Western medicine, offer no known cure, except controlling or suppressing their many disease symptoms.

This book is based on the author's own experience of battling against his myasthenia gravis: how he stopped all his medications through a holistic approach to controlling and managing the disease. This book provides insight and well-researched information that he would like to share with those who are afflicted with myasthenia gravis or any other autoimmune disease.

It is the author’s wish that you find the content of this book informative and useful in helping you improve your myasthenia gravis conditions and symptoms. Is Myasthenia Gravis Curable?

According to the medical community, there is no known cure for myasthenia gravis, or any autoimmune disease, for that matter. That is not surprising, given the complexity of autoimmunity and the approach of conventional medicine to disease treatment.

What is myasthenia gravis?

Myasthenia gravis is a chronic autoimmune neuromuscular disease characterized by varying degrees of weakness and fatigue of the skeletal (voluntary) muscles of the body. This muscular dysfunctional condition is believed to result from an immune disorder that causes the neurotransmitter acetylcholine to become less effective. Some muscle groups, such as the eye muscles, the face and throat muscles, and muscles in the arms and legs, are more commonly and easily affected by this neurotransmitter.

Essentially, the hallmark of the disease is muscle weakness, which increases during periods of activity and improves after periods of rest. Muscle weakness may adversely affect the way of life, such as vision, (muscles that control eye and eyelid movements), facial expression (facial muscles), breathing, talking, chewing and swallowing (neck and throat muscles), and body movements.

Myasthenia gravis is more common in women younger than 40 and in men older than 60.

Albert Einstein once said: "There are two ways to live: you can live as if nothing is a miracle; you can live as if everything is a miracle." Believing that you can cure your myasthenia gravis is living your life as if everything is a miracle. Yes, self-healing of myasthenia gravis is a miracle of life. Even Western doctors are taught in medical schools that illnesses are self-limiting—that is to say, we can get better on our own. If that is the case, then self-healing is not a myth, but a reality—and a miracle at that.

Therefore, no cure for autoimmune diseases is a myth, not a reality. However, the cure does not come from pharmaceutical drugs.

Learning to Let Go

One of the underlying causes of myasthenia gravis, an autoimmune disease, is stress, which is a mental condition of not letting go of suffering. Being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease naturally generates fear and stress of the unknown prognosis of the disease, especially when , the doctor tells you that there is no known cure.

“People have a hard time letting go of their suffering. Out of a fear of the unknown, they prefer suffering that is familiar.” Thich Nhat Hanh

Letting go is the natural surrender of the human mind to any involuntary reactivity aimed at removing anything that might threaten or undermine the comfort zones in our lives . Letting go should be a natural instinct, and not a technique that one has to learn and master; it is simply a spontaneous human ability to give up all human attachments that create the unreal world.

It is letting go, and not holding on, that makes us strong because it overcomes the fear of the unknown and the unpredictable. Let go of yesterday to live in today as if everything is amiracle; let go of the world to have the universe.

The Human Resistance to Letting Go

“When you talk about what you want and why you want it, there's usually less resistance within you than when you talk about what you want and how you're going to get it. “ Esther Hicks

Letting go has to do with human feelings. Humans have a life-long struggle, often without much success, to overcome their inner fears and to escape from their projected negative expectations. As a result, it is a natural human instinct to react involuntarily to anything that might bring about any undesirable scenario or outcome.

How to overcome the human resistance to letting go?

Letting go involves human feelings, which come from human thoughts of the present and past experiences that originate from the processing of the human mind. Given that letting go has to do with human feelings, overcoming the human resistance to letting go begins with the human mind that is responsible for processing all human feelings and experiences.

Beware of Dairy and Soy Products

If you have an autoimmune disease, such as myasthenia gravis, beware of dairy and soy products because they may adversely affect your already weak and vulnerable immune system.

Dairy Products

Today’s milk is no more than a chemical, biological, and bacterial cocktail.

Instead of the old-fashioned fresh green grass feeding and traditional methods of breeding, modern feeding methods of cows use high-protein, soy-based feeds, and high-technology breeding to produce cows with abnormally large pituitary glands so that they can artificially produce much more milk. Just think about that!

Today, an average cow may produce 30,000 to 40,000 pounds of milk per year, as opposed to the 2,000 pounds produced by its counterpart half a century ago. Such discrepancy may be due to drugs, antibiotics, hormones, forced feeding plans, and specialized breeding. In 1990, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved a genetically engineered hormone injected into dairy cows to make them produce more milk. However, the Canadian government and scientists challenged the safety of this hormone.

Cow’s milk is no longer pure as it was before. Just think about what is in your milk.

Dairy products may play a major role in the development of allergies, asthma, insomnia, and migraine headaches. At least 50 percent of all children in the United States are allergic to cow's milk, and many remain undiagnosed. Dairy products are the leading cause of food allergy, manifested in diarrhea, constipation, and chronic fatigue, although they may not be one of the causes of autoimmune disease.

Milk also contains powerful growth hormones, which may play a major role in human breast cancer. Milk is a hormonal delivery system. If you believe that breast-feeding mothers deliver substances to their infants, then you should understand that milk is a hormonal delivery system, too.

Today, milk is homogenized, which means the fat molecules in milk are evenly distributed within the liquid milk such that there is no visible cream separation in the milk. By artificially changing nature’s natural mechanism, milk proteins are not broken down, and are directly absorbed into your bloodstream without adequate digestion. Undigested proteins may account for increased rates of cancers and heart disease. This may explain why there is such low incidence of breast cancer in rural China, where there is low consumption of dairy products.

To make matters worse, synthetic vitamin D is often fortified and added to homogenized milk to replace the natural vitamin D complex displaced during the process of homogenization.

Synthetic vitamin D is toxic to your liver. Do not believe that your milk “fortified” with vitamin D is a better health food. No, it is not! Some good stuff has been taken out of your milk and is replaced by something not as good. For this reason, milk may not be a health food for healthy eating for everyone.

Normal milk may be bad enough as it is. On top of that, if milk is pasteurized (heated to kill bacteria in milk), it is being changed into something other than milk. When milk is pasteurized, much of its enzymes are destroyed in the process. Without enzymes, milk protein is difficult to digest, thereby unduly stressing your pancreas, which may make you more prone to diabetes later in life.

To protect your immune system, stay away from dairy products as much as possible.

Soy Products

The soybean known today is not the same plant traditionally grown in China. Prior to its introduction into the United States, this 20th century version of soybean was genetically manipulated in Europe in the 1950s to increase its yield for industrial purposes. In fact, soybean was listed in the 1913 U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) handbook not as a food but as an industrial product.

Soy may not be the health food for healthy eating that the food industry claims for the following reasons:

Soy has high concentrations of certain chemicals that combine with essential minerals to deposit insoluble salts difficult for your kidneys to eliminate.

Soy may adversely affect enzymes and hormones production in your body.
Soy protein is difficult for your digestion. Soybean is a seed. Like all other seeds, soybean is rich in enzyme inhibitors (anti-digestive) to protect it from the environment.

Soybean did not serve as a food until about 3,000 years ago when the ancient Chinese introduced the art of fermentation, neutralizing enzyme inhibitors and predigesting soybean with several fungus enzymes.

The Chinese did not eat unfermented soybean as they did other legumes such as lentils because soybean contains large quantities of natural toxins.

Only after the Chinese mastered the principle of pre-digesting soybean with natural substances to enhance its nutritional value during the Chou Dynasty (1134-246 B.C.) was soybean designated as one of the five sacred grains along with barley, wheat, millet, and rice for healthy eating.

Unfortunately, advances in technology, with the use of chemicals such as emulsifiers, flavorings, preservatives, and synthetic nutrients, have turned soybean into multiple soy products, while for centuries the Chinese have been consuming soy and its products only as a small po There are indeed many ways to avoid sugar in your cooking and diet. Wherever possible, do not include it to boost your immune system.

The bottom line: Consume soy products, such as soymilk and tofu, only moderately, if you must. Soy products are not good for the immune system.

Herbal Healing

Herbal healing is the natural use of different parts of plants for natural healing. It has been practiced for thousands of years in many different parts of the world by many different cultures for many different healing purposes.

The growing popularity of herbal healing

The growing popularity of herbal remedies is due to the following reasons:

The time-proven therapeutic values of healing herbs. As a matter of fact, some healing herbs are just as effective as most conventional Western medicines.

Many people have become increasingly aware of the importance of maintaining health. Herbs—not potentially dangerous pharmaceutical drugs—promote holistic health of the body and the mind.

Herbs are often safer to use. Of course, some herbs, too, are as toxic as conventional drugs, but they are relatively few and far in between.

Herbs are much cheaper than prescription drugs, which are often monopolized by few big pharmaceutical companies.

Herbs are natural. Although “natural” does not necessarily mean “harmless,” many people can easily relate themselves to the use of different parts of plants for healing and treatment purposes.

Herbs abound in nature. The options of herbal cures and remedies are plentiful.

The many different forms of herbal healing

Given that the use of plants for natural healing has been used by many different cultures for thousands of years, herbal healing comes in many different forms:

Healing herbal foods

The easiest and the most direct way of using herbs for healing is to put herbs,  such as cinnamon, garlic, and ginger, in everyday cooking. In the Chinese culture, herbal health is a way of life.  There is a Chinese saying: “You can never draw a line between foods and herbs.” To illustrate, the Chinese eat Asian dandelions and Chinese yams as foods.

Healing herbal tea

Drinking herbal tea is the most pleasant way of self-cure. Given that any holistic cure of the body and the mind takes time and that nature cannot be rushed, herbal tea remedy is no exception.  According to naturopathy, when you are sick, you must slow down, and ponder on the reasons why you have become sick. Slowly sipping tea slows you down, and tasting the herb in tea can activate your internal system, which is your immune system, to recuperate.

Healing herbal tinctures

A tincture is an alcohol-based liquid extract from an herb by soaking the herb in alcohol for several weeks. Alcohol acts as an extractor as well as a preservative to make herbal tinctures last longer. Herbal healing using tinctures is more potent than using herbal teas or herbal pills because herbal tinctures get directly into the body system.

Tinctures often come in bottles with droppers, allowing you to measure the exact amount of the tincture required.

Healing herbal powder

In modern technology, many herbs are now turned into their powder form in capsules and tablets for easier consumption. According to Dr. Andrew Weil, freeze-dried extracts are better than air-dried whole herbs.

The down side of taking herbal capsules and tablets is that some of the therapeutic value of an herb is compromised in the oxidation process as well as in the loss of sensory connection with the herb itself (taking an herb directly can stimulate the senses to initiate the self-healing process).

Healing herbal oils

Herbal oils are essential oils distilled from a healing herb. Sensual herbal remedies can be used in aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, or breathing in the healing herbs through steam inhalation.

Healing herbal compresses

An herbal compress is a simple herbal remedy in which the healing herb, soaked in a tea or a water-diluted tincture, is pressed against the surface of the skin for healing.

Healing herbal juices

Herbs, such as aloe, can be juiced and consumed as a healthy drink.

Healing herbal poultices

Healing herbs, ground with some liquid, can be applied directly over sores or wounds and held in place with a bandage or a piece of cloth.

Healing herbal solid extracts

Herbal solid extracts can be made directly from some herbs, such as hawthorn berries and licorice root.

Healing salves

Herbs mixed with olive oil can be turned into balms, creams, and ointments to be applied to the skin for healing purposes.

The Homemade Medicine

Herbal healing is effective only in an optimum internal environment. That is to say, the body itself must be free from body toxins as much as possible.

Accordingly, it is important to refrain from the frequent use of Western pharmaceutical drugs, which are mostly toxic chemicals, whether they are prescribed or obtained over the counter. It must be noted that many ingredients of these dangerous drugs come from herbs; however, they have been artificially synthesized and standardized, and hence not only losing much of the healing potency of natural herbs but also intoxicating the body with more toxic chemicals.

For all your daily ailments, use herbal healing. Remember, all medications are toxic chemicals that are detrimental to your immune system.
